I have a problem with my order, who do I contact?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please notify us as soon as possible by emailing info@pintoco.co and we’ll do our best to resolve your problem promptly. We are sorry for any inconvenience. Our goal is for every customer to be pleased with their Pinto+Co. experience and products.

Do you accept returns?

We wish we could! However, to ensure the best and most positive shopping experience for our customers at this time, we can not offer exchanges, cancellations or returns at this time. Sales are final.

 

SHIPPING & TRACKING

If order processing and shipments should be delayed, we will let you know as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience as we work through the new season and transitions of Covid-19.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with tracking information.

What are my shipping options?

When you check out, you will select your means and timing of shipment. We do not offer international shipping at this time, and are working to serve our international customers in the future!

Are your products manufactured or produced in Africa?

Our products are not made, produced, manufactured, nor assembled in Africa. Please review our disclaimer. The phrase “Made in Africa” pays homage to the motherland and refers to Africa being the birthplace of humanity.
